Our Enrolments Process

1. Call our friendly Enrolments Team.

2. Attend one of our many Open Events or Principal Tours to see our beautiful Highfields Campus and meet the staff and students that make up our great College.

3. Complete an online Enrolment Application Form and pay a $50 Application Fee.

4. We will then be in touch to book an Enrolment Interview or Information Gathering meeting with the relevant Leadership or Learning Support staff. 

5. Receive a Letter of Offer from us (please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive this).

6. Complete online offer form.

7. Pay the Acceptance fee of $200.

8. Receive your Welcome Pack from us, with information about purchasing books and stationery, uniforms and any devices required for your child.

Admissions Criteria

In recognition of the importance of family and parish community, the following criteria will establish the priority for accepting enrolments. These criteria will be applied at the time of Applications closing (generally the conclusion of the Easter School Holidays the year prior to your child's proposed commencement date).

1. Siblings of children already enrolled at Mary MacKillop Catholic College.

2. Children of staff working at Mary MacKillop Catholic College.

3. Children of alumni of Mary MacKillop Catholic College or Mary MacKillop Catholic School (evidence of this is required).

4. Children who are baptised Catholics.

5. Children who are baptised in another Christian denomination.

6. The date of enrolment application, with the earliest application having priority.

The Principal may exercise discretion regarding applications where pastoral considerations apply and therefore may determine a child's eligibility beyond the stated criteria.

NB: These are in place for Enrolment Applications for 2028 and beyond.
